Lubuk Produk Fizikal Malaysia

Kpd rakan2 eBay sekalian yg nk terjun n serang market lelong.com.my dan eBay ni ada satu lubuk emas tempat berkumpulnya pemborong2 di Malaysia ni link lubuk tu plazagm kat area chow kit. Bleh la korang wat research nk jual2 apa jer kt lelong dan tak lupa jugak kpd saper2 yg nk start jual produk fizikal kat eBay. Ni lah masanya korang letupkan eBay dan lelong.

p/s: Harap pasni2 x ada la yg mengeluh lagi pasal dropshipper, ada saper nk belanja aku roti canai dan teh tarik tak utk rahsia ni? Kalo nk cuba2 dpt stok kat Klang punya GM boleh layan gmklang

Untuk supplier Malaysia khususnya seramik, baju dan payung boleh jenguk2 livertex.

Barang2 seramik. Area KL ada kat sunceramic.

Tokeh payung dari muar ada kat muarpayong.

Lain-lain boleh tengok kat bigsale dan warisanborong.

Ada gak yang offer jual beli akaun eBay. So korang boleh tengok kat forum ni dan link ni.

Auctiva VS Selling Manager Pro

Aku nak tanya pendapat.

Aku tengah pakai auctiva 30 hari free trail untuk buat listing and scheduling. Macam best plak. Tapi aku tak penah try SMP. Pendapat hampa mana yang patut aku patut pakai?

Feature auctiva yang selalu aku pakai:
- listing and bulk listing
- schedule listing
- email reply automation
- image manager

Satu lagi aku suka pakai autiva sebab boleh buat listing ke ebay negara2 lain (e.g US, UK, AUS dll) kat satu tempat ja. SMP boleh buat macam tu dak? atau masih kena login kat ebay US untuk listing kat US dan ebay UK untuk listing kat ebay UK?

Dulu2 aku pakai kejap. Tp skrg pakai sbb nk display scrolling gallery tu jer. Aku lg suka Auctiva dr SMP. SMP aku tgh godek. Stkt yg aku nmpak ni tak user friendly, tak pro tp terabor, kih3. Kot aku yg lembab tak tahu la, huhu.

Seller Dashboard

Even feedback cantik pun, tapi DSR ni mmg terbukti pembunuh senyap para seller eBay. Nampaknya taktik ebay utk menggalakkan para seller membanyakkan fee amat efektif.

Untuk memperbaiki DSR ni dgn pantas hanya ada 2 cara:

1) Offer Free Shipping
2) Jual ke negara terdekat agar item cepat sampai

Bila aku teliti DSR tu, shipping time xde la terlalu rendah. Paling rendah sekali adalah shipping charge!

Nampaknya buyer US ni amat sensitif dgn shipping fee. Dia ingat rate international shipping ni sama dgn domestic rate di US tu kot...sabo je la

Kalau offer low rate atau Free Shipping, problem dia insertion fee + FVF kita akan melonjak la. eBay la yg paling heppi dlm kes ni!

Solution BH adalah jual wallpaper. Tapi lepas tu kita jadi la "no longer registered" user... ngeh2

Ada pelbagai solution terbaik dan termurah... So, aku berehat jap beberapa hari ni utk re-strategize apa yg patut.

Sambil tu, jualan produk fizikal diteruskan dgn akaun2 yg lain... yg tu pun DSR kt shipping charge amat low sekali, hampeh betol la...

Takpe hati kena kering beb. Atau, aku kena jadi mcm kekuda - operate dada, kasi buang hati tu terus. Any new updates, aku pos kat sini...

Frequent Vs Quantity

Adei, ada yg tanya lagi FREQUENT vs QUANTITY...

Ok la, mood aku ok sbb weekend ni conversion cantek. So ni contoh:

1) QUANTITY:

Hari ni ko list 100 item pukul 1pm PSDT (ikut timezone ebay), ending esok kul 1pm juga. 10 item sold. conversion 10%.

2) FREQUENT:

Hari ni ko list 20 item kul 8am, 20 lagi kul 11 am, 20 lagi kul 1 pm, 20 lagi kul 4 pm, 20 lagi kul 11 am. seme sekali 100 item.

Katakan sold, 8am - 5, 11am - 8, 1pm - 10, 4pm - 5, 11am - 12. so seme sekali 40 sold. conversion 40%.

Aku tau taktik 2 tu leceh, tapi efektif wa cakap lu...

p/s: Kalo la aku ada masa nak bangunkan tool utk schedule listingkan item2 tu... owhhhh...

Penyebab Item Store Tak Laku

3 minggu lepas, item aku dalam store 1 hapah pun tak sold?

Mmg heran aku... korang heran tak? 

Aku ada buat silap kecil, tapi impak dia besar... 

Camni cerita dia... (sambil makan peha ayam goreng)

1) Strategi aku utk tarik buyer beli item store adalah meletakkan harga yg amat tinggi... sometime double dari avg market price

2) Pastu aku gunakan Markdown Manager, then simply select item dlm store dan create discount ikut percent...

3) Cara (2) ni adalah strategi yg aku jumpe sambil2 surf2 item org lain dan tetiba aku perhatikan ada list random mcm Daily Deals etc yg kuar kt main page siap ada bulat2 merah dgn diskaun... yaaa... ini peluang utk tambah visibility

4) Tapi, Markdown Manager hanya bole set 45 hari je, pastu korang extend je la date setiap 45 hari

Nak dijadikan cerita, aku lupa nak extend date dia... jadi seme item aku dalam store harga mencanak2 ar... pastu bila sales takde... actually effect Best Match dan visibility...


Rules of thumb => takde visibility + Best match rank rendah = takde sales...

So, mmg aku tepuk dahi manjang, baru la ni ada balik sales item dlm store...


Strategi yg dah diskas nak tarik trafik ke store, kena kerap promote... so auction adalah cara paling murah selain menggunakan tool2 yg lain dan memantapkan customer support korang utk better DSR.

Items In Store Appear At Google

Rasanya tak tahu la kalau ramai yang dah tahu pasal ni. Tapi nak kongsi sket. Korang leh besar kan atau submit store korang ke dlm google base account. Tapi kene buat secara manual sebab ad satu program dari google base connector tak boleh digunakan.

Ni untuk submit item dalam store korang secara manual ke google database. So bile ad org search kat google. Item korang akan terpapar skali.

p/s: Item yg akan disubmit hanya "store inventory" auction atau fix prize tak dibenarkan. Tq

I don’t work for Google, but I have an eBay store on eBay. My seller
name on eBay is snifflesmouse.

I am sharing how I successfully scheduled eBay store items for upload
to Google Base because I want to help other people like me, but any
use of this information is your responsibility. Only store items will
be uploaded, not fixed price or auction items.

How to Schedule your eBay Store Items for automatic upload to Google
Base:


1. Go to eBay and click “My eBay”
2. Click “Manage My Store” on the left side of the page
3. Click on “Listing Distribution” under promotional tools
4. Click “Activate your Store listings via RSS. (not sure if this
is needed for Google)
5. Click “Make a file of your Store Inventory listings available”
6. May need to wait at least 12 hours before you continue with
these instructions
7. When eBay provides you with a URL of your Google Base-specific
file, COPY THE URL - looks something like: Link.
8. Login to Google Base
9. Click the “Settings” tab
10. Change your Website URL to match the Google Base URL provided by
eBay - again, looks something like: Link.
11. Click the “My Items” tab
12. Click on the “Data Feeds” link
13. Click the “New Data Feed” button
14. Type a file name with the .xml extention - should be the name of
your store with no spaces - for example, “mystorename.xml”
15. Change the item type in the drop down menu to “Products”
16. Click the button that says: “Register data feed and continue to
formatting instructions”
17. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button that
says: “I’m done formatting my file. Continue to upload”
18. If you need to, click the “My Items” tab, then click on the “Data
Feeds” link (or continue to step 19 below)
19. Click the “create” link next to Schedule
20. Choose when and how often you would like Google to upload your
file
21. Type the URL of the file - should match the URL provided by eBay
- the same one used in step 10 above
22. CLICK THE SCHEDULE BUTTON
23. Come back and check to see if your products have been uploaded as
scheduled - login to Google Base, click the “my items” tab, click the
active items” link. You should see all of your store items listed
(they will not upload auction or fixed price listings)

Ni cam sifu-lan la, sifu-lan skrg ni bln2 sale dia jangkau RM50k, lebihkrg 15K USD ...

nak smpai ke tahap ni bkn calang2 cabaran & pengalamannya.

sy penah terjumpa seorg seller msia ni, sale dia ala2 ni la, dia jual spare part kereta..mmg power. Dia register sebagai business seller. Seller yg benar2 serius berniaga dlm ebay, siap dgn company details dan contact number.

Nak elakkan akaun paypal dan ebay dr disuspend dan mcm2 masalah, register la sebg business seller. Ni panduan kalau nak register as a business seller ..

Kalau jual produk fizikal yg demanding mahal2 mmg ler income dahsyat2 tiap2 bulan.

Paypal n ebay buat macam2 hal itu ini sebab nak jaga kualiti dan hak pembeli sebab diaorang kan tuantanah. Dia org tetapkan 6 bulan ber`ebay' tu pun sebab nak kekalkan seller yg benar2 serius nak niaga.

Tarikh Musim Bermula Di US

Lagi satu kalau betul2 nak jadi penjual eBay yg serious dan ada sasaran jualan, especially USA. Sekurang-kurangnya kita kene tahu :

December 21 = first day of winter
April 21/22 = first day of spring
June 21 = first day of summer
September 21 = first day of autumn

Sangat mustahak date2 kat atas ni kalau kita nak beralih niche atau product jualan.

Kaji Power Seller

Kalau tak silap saya melihat, dari pemerhatian saya, kebanyakkan Power Seller US diaorang tak jugak jual brg2 hot, cam jam tangan dan mousepad, banyak diaorang letak gambar2 binatang, artis2 lagenda, personaliti2 hebat tapi tgk tuh, feedback dia, mak ai ... puluh2 ribu!

Yaaa... amat betul sekali. Jgn la hadkan kreativiti korang dgn niche yg mmg ada copyright mcm tv series, cartoon, movies yg hollywood based. Derang mmg la strict

Aku dah pesan kan dulu. Cuba korang tgk top seller, mcm aku seller mospad tegar, kaji top seller mospad, tgk derang jual design sendirik je. Mahal plak tu sampai USD20 per item. Laku gak.

p/s: Bila aku bagi sample mospad, seme dok jual mospad gak... aduh... byk lagi item AN tu... ngeh ngeh

Niche VS Location

Saya ada membuat inferens. Tak tahu sama ada betul atau tidak. Bro mansur, zack, usahawan eBay boleh tolong buat kesimpulan tak?

1) Kalau kita list auction di eBay.com.my, ianya tidak akan keluar dimana-mana laman web eBay lain selain eBay.com.my

2) Kalau kita list auction di eBay.com ianya tidak akan keluar di mana-mana laman web eBay, selain eBay.com KECUALI kita upgrade listing International Visibility ($0.20) dan ianya akan muncul di eBay.com dan juga eBay.co.uk.

3) Kalau kita list auction di eBay.com.au, ianya tidak akan keluar di mana-mana laman web eBay selain eBay.com.au.

4) Membayar upgrade listing International Visibility di eBay.com adalah sama berat dengan membuat listing yang berlainan di eBay.com dan eBay.co.uk berkenaan barang yang sama.

No, 4 tu yang masih tak sure.

>> Tak sure sgt tapi ini pemerhatian aku.

Bila aku listing kat US, nape ada buyer drp AU, IT, Brazil, Singapore, MY, FR, CA, even India...?

Adakah mereka nampak list kita kt site country derang atau buyer ni mmg ske lepak eBay US?

Dari segi visibility aku tak kaji dalam2 tapi bila aku list kat AU, mmg hanya buyer AU je beli.

Tapi, bila aku tanya eBay masa dulu, derang kata kalau search results tak cukup byk utk senarai, derang akan sedut atau recommend item kita, even store kt MY.

So, bagi aku sendiri, niche tu penting, then baru location.
